Revamp of existing 2 apps - supervisors & employees management. Idea is to create a centralised app for managing empoyees attendance and all type of queries & management.

Current apps were very complex to understand and hard for labour to use. Another major issue was data structure were not centralised for easy to navigate and manage without trainings.

3. THE OBJECTIVE
Research, strategize & design a single app for supervisors and employees. Designs needs to be as simple and easy as 50yrs old person can use with ease. Also we need to add voice communication for low educated people.

Based on discovery form, we started our research and agreed on our findings:
User Personas:
- Supervisors - who manage the employees working on site.
- Empoyees on site, mostly labour and working on hourly wages.
We created user flows for both User journeys from begining to end screens.
- Supervisor journey - Verify attendance, working hrs, reply employees queries & can see all employees data access.
- Employees journey - Log attendance by punch In, raise voice quries, limited access to his own data only.
We created whole project strategy at this stage and defined project features.

2. DESIGN

Second important phase where our product start taking shape.
Created wireframes and discussed with client and get approval on concepts.
Finilized on color, fonts, icons & created the design system.
Designed real screen mockups module and flow wise flow.
Interlinked all screens and created full app prototype for real experience.

3. ITERATE
We tested this prototype with real labour, old age people and our friends to find shortcomings & updated some of flows till we get 100% satisfaction.
